Before you buy any NA plot, check these
- 7/12 extract (Satbara Utara) — Shows the current owner, area, land type and any loans or rights recorded against the survey number.
- Mutation entries (Ferfar) — Show how ownership changed hands over the years. Gaps or disputes usually surface here.
- NA order or deemed-NA record — Confirms that the permitted use has changed from agricultural to residential or commercial.
- Approved layout plan — The sanctioned layout from the planning authority (PMRDA covers much of Khed taluka), with the plot number, roads and open spaces.

Questions buyers ask us
What is an NA plot?
An NA (non-agricultural) plot is land whose permitted use has been changed from agriculture to a non-agricultural purpose, such as residential or commercial, under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. Only land with NA permission, or land that qualifies for deemed NA status, can legally be used to build a home or a commercial building.
Where are Jagdamba Properties' projects located?
Our projects are in Rajgurunagar (Khed taluka) and the Chakan MIDC area in Pune district, along the Pune–Nashik highway corridor. The residential projects are Kashi Vishweshwar Nagar, Bhagyalaxmi NA Plots and Vighnaharta Park. Business Square Plots is our commercial project near Chakan MIDC.
What plot sizes are available?
Plot sizes range from about 1,000 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft, depending on the project. Tell us your budget and planned use and we will shortlist plots that fit.
Can I see the legal documents before booking?
Yes. Ask us for the 7/12 extract, mutation entries, NA order and approved layout for the plot you like. We recommend having your own advocate review them before you pay a booking amount.
Can I get a bank loan for an NA plot?
Many banks and housing finance companies lend on NA plots in approved layouts, often as a plot loan or a plot-plus-construction loan. Eligibility, loan-to-value and interest rate depend on the lender and your profile, so check with your bank.
