We develop and sell residential and commercial NA plots in Rajgurunagar, Chakan and along the Pune–Nashik highway. Our office is in Rajgurunagar, so every project we sell is close to home.
Over the past decade we've helped families, working professionals and investors buy plots to build homes on or to hold for the long term. The founder, Shubham Thigale, is a qualified civil engineer. Layouts are planned for construction, with usable plot shapes, internal roads and sizes that suit an independent bungalow.
